The most comprehensive renovation in the history of the Chrysler Museum is on budget and on schedule.
The 210,000-square-foot museum will reopen to visitors in April, said Bill Hennessey, the museum's director.
Construction workers have added 10,000 square feet to the interior of the museum including 8,000 square feet of gallery space, including 2,500 square feet to the museum's world-renowned glass exhibit and 5,000 square feet for the museum's paintings and sculptures.
